We’re Hiring: Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT)

Workhouse Wellness in Austin, TX is seeking a professional, experienced, and outgoing massage therapist to join our dynamic team!

We are looking for massage therapists who are proficient in clinical bodywork techniques and passionate about creating meaningful change in the body. You should be eager to integrate our proprietary system into your practice, allowing for a deeper understanding of the body and its needs.

As a member of our team, you’ll be part of a culture that focuses on delivering 5-star customer service and providing effective pain and injury management, along with posture assessments. We seek a therapist who is excited to engage in high-level ideation and embraces both objective and subjective approaches to healing.

Qualifications:

  • Current state licensure and liability insurance.

  • Minimum 4 years of experience, with a focus on working with athletic and rehab injuries (preferably with experience in Structural, Myofascial Release, PNF, and Manual Lymphatic Drainage techniques).

  • Excellent communication skills to ensure clients feel heard and cared for.

  • Flexible availability: Able to work between 8:00 AM – 9:00 PM, including potential weekend shifts.

  • Vaccinated (COVID-19 vaccination required).

  • Professional appearance and demeanor at all times.

  • Trustworthy, reliable, and an effective communicator.

  • Hands-on marketing and networking: Willing to participate in community outreach and events.

  • Active, healthy lifestyle that aligns with our wellness-driven culture.

  • Motivated to learn our signature system and methodology.

  • Strong foundation in anatomy, and confident using terminology for SOAP charting when necessary.
